Absolutely. You can filter our menu by gluten-free, vegan, keto, and nut-free options. You can also manage your preferences directly in your account settings.

What is the cutoff time for placing or changing an order?

To ensure we source the freshest ingredients, all orders or modifications must be completed by 11:59 PM EST every Wednesday for the following week's delivery.

Where does DinDins deliver?

We currently deliver to all residential and business addresses within the continental United States. We are working on expanding to Alaska and Hawaii soon.

What should I do if my delivery is damaged or missing an item?

We strive for perfection, but if something isn't right, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue for a full refund or credit.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Yes, sustainability is a core value at DinDins. Our cardboard boxes, insulation liners, and plastic meal containers are all 100% recyclable in most curbside programs.
